ACCOMMODATION

Normal seasons

6 week prior to guest´s arrival: 85% of paid amount is refunded
Less than 6 weeks and no show: 100% of stay hence no refund

PEAK SEASON 1ST DECEMBER - 15TH JANUARY
Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund

Travel Insurance

Travellers are strongly advised to subscribe to adequate insurance covers relating to any activity throughout the trip. Travellers are advised to take up policies for risks relating to their transport, baggage losses and personal health complication or accidents and possible repatriation in case of death, hospitalisation, premature return tickets and trip cancellation in general.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.

Check in time: 14:00
Check out time: 12:00
Late check-out policy: 

The check-in time is 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure.

Early check-in; is considered to be as from 06h00 will generally be charged with equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one full night.

Late check-out; extending the check-out time until around 18h00 will generally be charged with equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one full night.

Checking out after 18h00 generally means you pay the full price.
It is important to note what service the hotel offers in the “Late check-out” price. Some offer lunch for check out at 18h00, whereas others offer the choice of lunch or dinner for “Late check-out” after 18h00.

Sharing with two adults (one child between age 2 and 12):

Superior, Deluxe or Privilege room on Half Board (HB)(Breakfast and Dinner):
One child (between 2 and 12 years of age) will be allowed to stay free of charge, except during the peak season when a compulsory HB supplement of 21 Euros will be charged.

Junior Suite on Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner):

Up to 2 children (2 to 17 years of age) will be allowed to stay free of charge.

Children in own room Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner):

Up to 3 children will be allowed to opt for their own accommodation in Standard & Privilege rooms. The rate for 2 children will be 75% of 1/2 Double room accommodation for an adult, per child. There is no payment charged for the third child.

Children supplement - Food arrangement:

Booking of rooms/suites with any other food arrangement, a supplement is applicable on the basic room rates according to number of persons (adults and children).

Rebate voucher conditions:

  1. After booking have been confirmed an activity voucher will be issued.
  2. Voucher cannot be exchange for cash and is personal.
  3. Can be used for payment of activities or for extension of accommodation.
  4. Services is subject to availability.
  5. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.


There is no hidden charges on your bookings. All local taxes, fees etc are included in the rate.
