The Hilton Mauritius Resort and Spa rank themselves as 5-star.

Built in contemporary oriental style this five star resort & spa blends well into the landscape, offering a sophisticated atmosphere in striking surroundings, and contrasting with many items of richly decorative art to create a warm and exquisite impression that will last.

This luxurious atmosphere is carried through to the rooms which are set out in a series of low buildings and facing out to the sea and the setting sun. The rooms offer all the facilities expected from a five star hotel, ensuring that the guest enjoys complete luxury in lavish surroundings with added special privileges such as butler or turndown service etc.

The swimming pool borders on an exceptionally nice and safe lagoon and is designed as a continuation of the lagoon and is equipped with underwater loudspeakers, which diffuse dolphin songs or classical music for the swimmers. It is beautifully landscaped with a series of rocks and waterfalls. The central islet houses a Jacuzzi. A twenty-metre long jetty allows hotel guests access to nautical activities.

The gastronomy rule at the Hilton Mauritius Resort and Spa is to offer fresh local produce and authentic imported products. Specific products, such as supplies for the legendary Thai restaurant, come straight from their country of origin.

The Spa Mauritius, one of the finest in the Indian Ocean, is arranged in two levels, maintaining an atmosphere of Zen. Multiple sensations caused by an air fragrant with the perfumes of essential oils, the beauty of the surroundings and the dazzling smile of the receptionist envelope the guest. The serene tranquillity of the place creates a feeling of wellbeing before the treatment has even begun.

Afterwards, you may relax even further in the magnificent flower filled patio beside the Zen garden. Honeymooners may enjoy their treatments together in the "Allamanda", the open-air VIP sala-Jacuzzi.

The Ti Poussin Kids' Club for children from 4 to 12 is run by a team of professionals. The entertainment team provides a variety of activities for any type of weather.

With a seating capacity of 250, "La Pomme d'Amour" is the main restaurant of the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa, where breakfast is served as from 07h00 and dinner as from 19h30. Apart from the buffet dinners, guests are offered a Gala dinner twice a week.

The menu changes according to the theme or show of the evening.

This A la Carte restaurant can seat 60 persons. The "Ginger Thai" welcomes guests in a splendid setting where the nobility of wood enriches the originality of the decoration. Art pieces from Thailand are displayed in giant claustra blocks hanging from the ceiling of the vast room.

The Ginger Thai, which is the first Thai restaurant in the Indian Ocean, offers a traditional cuisine with spicy and acidulous dishes.

The "Melanzane", this a la carte restaurant has a seating capacity of 40.  One can speak of "Fusion Cuisine" in this restaurant, which is inspired from the tastes and flavours of five continents with seafood speciality.

This restaurant is painted in seven different layers of pale yellow mixed with varnish or soap, which give out plain and changing colours depending on the lighting. The setting is futurist and modern in a quiet corner of the hotel.

Situated right on the edge of the beach and overlooking the beautiful lagoon, "Les Coquillages", this casual restaurant is open for lunch daily. It offers excellent sizzling fresh grills, sandwiches, pizzas and other dishes served under little huts, feet in the sand.

2 Bars:

Situated between the swimming pool and the beach, the "Aqua bar" is an evening meeting place for guests to watch events and shows taking place between the sea and the lagoon. It offers cool drinks, salads and snacks that are served on the beach. Aqua Bar welcomes you to a fantastic atmosphere full of activities, music and fun.

This bar offers a panoramic view of the whole of the resort as it is next to the reception area and overlooks the swimming pool, the lagoon and the dance floor. It faces the sea and offers a magnificent view, especially at night when the torches are lit. One of the main assets of the "Vista Bar" is the daily evening entertainment that accompanies the Sunset Hours and creates a piano bar atmosphere.

Spa Mauritius

The largest Spa in the Indian Ocean found nestling at the heart of the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa is elegant, spacious, and yet so simple: low lights for the treatment rooms: for the décor, a perfect fusion between Asia and Europe. The Spa Mauritius covers an area of more than 1,200 m² on two floors. The serene tranquillity of the place envelops you in a feeling of well being and gently draws you with a velvety touch into one of the treatment rooms.

The body and the mind, the different parts that make up a person's individuality are cared for with the utmost professionalism and in perfect harmony with nature; products used in the treatments are 100% natural and draw their restorative powers from the essence of plants. Aromatic herbs, pure essential oils, fresh flowers and fruits, mud rich in mineral elements and freshly crushed aromatic salts are the bases of the treatments.

Initiation of the Five Senses to Pleasure and Relaxation:

The Sense of Hearing: The stereo in each treatment room offers a choice of classical music and other calm-inducing sounds, such as bird songs and sounds of the ocean, to cosset the ear and create an atmosphere to your liking.

The Sense of Smell: A host of different scents titillates the nose, as each room has its own scent in accordance with the rules of aromatherapy.

The Sense of Touch: The expert hands of the therapists who have mastered all the massage techniques stimulate your sense of touch.

The Sense of Sight: The sumptuously refined décor and furnishings delight the eye. Every detail has been given careful attention: little cushions in wild silk, frangipani flowers carefully laid on the towel rack, petals floating on water in decorative bowls, the caress of the subdued lighting.

The Sense of Taste: The taste buds are not forgotten, with infusions of freshly cut herbs. Mint, ginger, vanilla and other varieties are not closed up in tea bags, but left free to release their entire flavour as they infuse. Fresh juices reveal the delights of tropical fruits.

The Spa also offers the following facilities to its guests: hairdressing salon, fitness club, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Conference Rooms

The largest conference room, which can accommodate 350 persons, is the most luxurious of the hotel with wooden panelling and magnificent chandeliers. Its separate kitchen makes it totally independent from the rest of the hotel.

This multipurpose hall can be used for seminars, weddings, exhibitions, film shows, product promotions, trade fairs, sports events and press conferences... Its large foyer and large terraces allow its use for outdoor events.

This plenary room named Isle de France evokes French settlement and the first European visitors. This name marks the genesis of a beacon island in this part of the world and spells the ambition of the promoters that, in this room, other pages of history will be written.

Next to Isle de France, there are three other meeting rooms: "La Ravanne", "La Maravanne" and "Le Triangle", named after local music instruments.
