The Villa has one bedroom with private toilet, shower and a double bed on the ground floor, The first floor consists of three bedrooms and all of them have sea view. The master bedroom have one double bed with private shower and toilet. Each of the other two rooms have twin beds and one shared toilet and shower.

Reference 200 is a superior and very stylishly furnished self catering beach villa located at Pointe d'Esny on the southeast coast of Mauritius, in the vicinity of Blue Bay Marine Park. On two floors, this luxury accommodation offers a magnificent view over the lagoon, Lion Mountain and Ile aux Aigrettes, the green islet managed by the Mauritian Wildlife Foundation.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped American style kitchen and as well as a front terrace which offers a magnificent sea view and the rear terrace opens on the back entrance garden. On the same floor, there’s a lounge, a dining room and one bedroom with private toilet, shower and a double bed.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms and all rooms have sea view. The master bedroom have one double bed with private shower and toilet. Each of the other two rooms have twin beds and one shared toilet and shower.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils including a dinner service, glassware and silverware for 12 persons. There is a Fridge and freezer, Gas cooker and oven, Sandwich maker & kettle. All rooms are air-conditioned and have Television, Telephone for local calls only, a Laundry area, and Barbecue grill.

Question 4: Is there anything else you think we should prioritize to visit/do during our stay at Mauritius?
Answer 4: We suggest the below activities:
a. Diving – Note that Mauritius was awarded the best diving destination in 2012 by World Traveller for the Indian Ocean.
If you are not a diver, we can suggest Discover Scuba Diving
Should there be diver among, then, when the non divers are doing the Open Water Dive, the divers can join to enjoy a family dives.

Question 5: What about general weather conditions in December. It seems to be quite warm but also cloudier than we expected reading the public weather forecasts. Is it like that or can we expect a 100% sunny vacation?
Answer 5: December and January are the hottest month.
Regarding the cloud especially the northwest, and west, there are generally good clear sky. However, it is tropical weather where the conditions changes rapidly such as heavy rainfall in very short period.
Additionally, the island has a micro climate meaning that it can be raining on one part and on the other part fully shinning
