Question 1: Are we able to pay with credit card?
Answer 1: Yes you are able to pay by credit card (Visa Card or Master Card).

Question 2: What type of credit or debit cards can I use with Pay Pal?
Answer 2: Pay Pal accepts the following cards:

- Visa / Delta / Electron
- MasterCard / Eurocard
- Pay Pal Top Up Card
- Maestro
- American Express

Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo

Question 4: What is included in the All Inclusive Meals?
Answer 4: The All inclusive meal is divided into two categories, i.e. the standard food arrangement and the additional food arrangement

Standard All Inclusive Food Arrangement includes:

1. Breakfast from 07:00 till 10:00.

2. Light lunch from 12:00 till 14h30: Sandwiches/Pizza/Hamburgers/Panini from the main restaurant or 'Picnic Box'.

3. Dinner from 19h00 till 22h00: Theme Buffet/ Menu Table d'Hôte.

4. Selection of drinks from 11h00 till 23h00: Mineral water, soft drinks, draught beer (from the bar or beach service during the day) & one glass of wine during the dinner.

5. Glass bottom boat & snorkelling.

The Additional All Inclusive Food Arrangement is at an extra of 13.00 Euro for adult and 5.00 Euro for child per night and it includes:

1. Breakfast from 07h00 till 10h00

2. Lunch from 12:00 till 14h30:

3. Buffet or Menu Table d'Hôte from the main restaurant or a 'Picnic Box'

4. Dinner from 19h00 till 22h00:

6. Tea/coffee and pastries from 16h00 to 17h00

7. Selection of drinks from 11h00 till 23h00:

8. Mineral water, soft drinks, draught beer, wine selection, selection of cocktails & fruit juice

9. From the bar or beach service during the day

10. Selected items from the mini bar:

11. Mineral water, Soft drinks & Beer (refilled 1x day)

12. 10% discount on massage treatment

13. Glass bottom boat & snorkelling

14. One day trip to Ile aux Cerfs with picnic box via Le Tropical Hotel

Note that this additional food arrangement is applicable as from 7 nights stay minimum (weather permitting).

Should you wish to upgrade your food arrangement, please state this in "Traveller’s special requests". Our central reservation will upon confirmation update your account and provide further payment instruction.

Question 5: Is there anything else you think we should prioritize to visit/do during our stay at Mauritius?
Answer 5: We suggest the below activities:
a. Diving – Note that Mauritius was awarded the best diving destination in 2012 by World Traveller for the Indian Ocean.
If you are not a diver, we can suggest Discover Scuba Diving
Should there be diver among, then, when the non divers are doing the Open Water Dive, the divers can join to enjoy a family dives.

Question 6: What about general weather conditions in December. It seems to be quite warm but also cloudier than we expected reading the public weather forecasts. Is it like that or can we expect a 100% sunny vacation?
Answer 6: December and January are the hottest month.
Regarding the cloud especially the northwest, and west, there are generally good clear sky. However, it is tropical weather where the conditions changes rapidly such as heavy rainfall in very short period.
Additionally, the island has a micro climate meaning that it can be raining on one part and on the other part fully shinning
