As fruit bats are nocturnal animals, this day trip starts out with lunch at the Falaise Rouge Restaurant, which offers spectacular views and great island cuisine.
The adventure begins at the entrance to the Valley of Ferney Nature Park. A 4-wheel drive Jeep takes you right into the enchanted kingdom of the Mauritian Fruit Bats. Sitting comfortably with drinks and snacks, you will tremendously enjoy watching those rare and endangered mammals, some with their babies on their backs, flying out of their sleeping quarters and into the night.
