Cool and breezy, the weather is perfect for sailing enthusiasts to enjoy their favourite water sports. Located directly on the beachfront, Bougainville offers a stunning panorama with a huge, white sandy beach drenched by the sea in infinite shades of blue and turquoise. La Licorne restaurant is centrally placed between the swimming pool and the beach. Here local and international cuisine is served. Furthermore, guests can enjoy exotic drinks and cocktails at the bar.
Guests are guaranteed total exotic new surroundings between the swaying branches of the filao trees, the elegant paradisiacal Ile aux Cerfs on the horizon and the lagoon with its hues of blues and greens.
Evening entertainment four times a week, including a sega show which is performed by a local group, which has been hired by the hotel to entertain guests.

Question 4: Is there minimum stay for peak season?
Answer 4: Yes we have minimum stay of 7 nights for peak season which is from 20 Dec 2012 to 2 Jan 2013.
Question 5: Is there anything else you think we should prioritize to visit/do during our stay at Mauritius?
Answer 5: We suggest the below activities:
a. Diving – Note that Mauritius was awarded the best diving destination in 2012 by World Traveller for the Indian Ocean.

Should there be diver among, then, when the non divers are doing the Open Water Dive, the divers can join to enjoy a family dives.
Question 6: What about general weather conditions in December. It seems to be quite warm but also cloudier than we expected reading the public weather forecasts. Is it like that or can we expect a 100% sunny vacation?
Answer 6: December and January are the hottest month.
Regarding the cloud especially the northwest, and west, there are generally good clear sky. However, it is tropical weather where the conditions changes rapidly such as heavy rainfall in very short period.
Additionally, the island has a micro climate meaning that it can be raining on one part and on the other part fully shinning
